I’m a space policy enthusiast exploring the frontiers of international space cooperation and governance. I hold dual master’s degrees in International Governance and Diplomacy (Sciences Po Paris) and International Relations (Peking University, Bocheng Scholar), and my thesis on foreign policy approaches to orbital debris mitigation won the Best Thesis Award 2024.
I’ve contributed to space policy at the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs and London Politica, focusing on sustainability, multilateral collaboration, and strategic outreach. As a winner of the SGAC–UNOOSA Space4Youth competition, I’ve engaged with policymakers across Europe and China, as well as U.S. officials at NASA and the White House, gaining firsthand insight into the forces shaping the future of space. Through Astrodiplomacy, I explore how diplomacy, strategy, and innovation intersect to chart humanity’s path beyond Earth.
